TriedAppleSupport，Was asked for SERIAL Number by https://getsupport.apple.com/. Gave serial number of my iMac- but was told it was not valid. It is not clear WHAT serial number is wanted. We clients have MANY serial numbers. The Apple Support route was NOT helpful. Nor did it make it possible for me to follow through on. However, when I tap my name (System Preferences/upper left corner icon) I get a bunch of photographs (.15.7 to choose from, No SUBSCRIPTION Option. This is a 2019 iMac version 10.15.7 Where's the Subscription option in this10.15.7 version?
