new docking station won't charge
I have a brand new iPhone 12 mini. The docking station i bought is not charging the phone. Is there something I should check??

If not, complete the steps outlined in that article.
If you isolate the issue to being the docking station. Is this a docking station that you connect to a computer, or a power adapter you connect to a wall outlet? If it's a power adapter can you let us know if this an Apple branded adapter or a different manufacturer?
