The best way depends upon details which we do not have.
One way is to completely reset the first phone. What you do here will depend upon how much data you have left on the phone from any of the previous processes I posted. If you left a lot of data you may be asked if you wish to retain it on the phone after which it will be merged and synced with the other account's data.
