how do I authorise this computer for iTunes when my old Mac is running macOS Sierra 10.12.6

Ok now in macOS Sierra 10.12.6.
Open iTunes, go to Account> Authorisations> Authorise This Computer.

Open iTunes, click on Account in the menubar go to Authorisations
from the submenu click on Authorise this computer.

My account does not show up on iTunes on OS Sierra
