I put a refund request 48 hours ago and I haven't received anything

Where did you put your request in? The correct place is https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

You should normally get an email either agreeing to or refusing the refund within about 48 hours, but these days it might take longer. Once you've received an email agreeing to the refund it can take up to 30 days depending on the payment method used: please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
