My Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPhone

actually this device shows activation lock using apple id and password ,that's why reset my apple id and password but i phone is recognized that apple id it shows like The Apple ID "****@ Icloud.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPhone.

how to remove activation lock

If it's locked to a different one, sign in with it, or contact the person who can, or if you're the iPhone's original owner, submit an unlock request as described in the Related Article above.

If it's become unbound from the Apple ID involved but is still locked, submit an unlock request.
