Follow the advice listed in the "Related Article," and if none of those circumstances apply, be sure to use the Contact Apple Support Link at the bottom of the article:

"Contact Apple Support

If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support."
