My watch keeps saying passcode incorrect but I know it’s not want let me change it, on my phone or watch

Hi, my watch isn’t working keeps saying incorrect passcode but I know it’s not incorrect, keeps locking me out and want even let me change it on my watch or on my phone.

I can not reset my Apple watch. I am trying to pair my Apple watch with my new iphone. It continues to ask for my passcode, which appears to be incorrect. I have tried the apple reset BUT the watch continues to ask for the passcode and continues to talk. I can get my watch face but nothing beyond passcode, time and the voice. Hasa anyone else had this problem?

Apple watch unlocking failure apple watch series 3 is asking for passcode, which is not accepting anymore. I did remove the watch and reset from Iphone and then nothing happened at watch level and it is still asking for a passcode. When I turn off the watch, its simply turning off and not even asking for emergency call or turn off prompt. I am not sure what to do now. arundharmapuri@gmail.com

passcode failure My apple watch series 8 has refused the passcode that has worked since I got the watch about 2 months ago. Can I change the passcode on my phone and get the watch to accept the new passcode?
