M1 Mac Mini Randomly wakes from sleep

I just set up a new Mac M1 Mini with an OWC Elite Pro Thunderbolt 3 Dock. The dock is connected via a Thunderbolt 3 port. The Mini now randomly wakes the OWC dock from sleep but it does not wake the monitor. It would not be a big deal but, unfortunately the OWC dock has a loud fan that kicks in randomly all night long. My Energy Saver settings are all off. Mac OS Big Sur
