iPhone XR stuck when doing an Erase All Content and Settings

Hi, I am trying to do a reset on my iPhone XR. its been sitting at the same spot now for over 35 minutes. I don't think it should take this long but it is. Can someone help? All I have seen for the past 35 minutes is the apple logo with the progress bar and the progress has been as the same spot for way too long.

Any help I will appreciate.
