i forgot my passcode to my iphone

my iphone got stolen yesterday. so im using my old phone. forgot the passcode to it. just went to my local verizon and got me a new sim card. now my phone is locked and i cant do anyting. i have my phone hooked to my computer but not getting the phone to restore.
