Why is my flashlight and back camera not working

Dismd you update to ios 14.7.1? If so rhis is probably why i have the same problem and when i went to apple they tried to blame that my hardware is faulty and will cost £75 to fix yet theres about 3000 plus people on here with the same problem after updating

Is it covered, somehow? If so, remove the cover.
