Keypad has suddenly stopped working on my iPad pro

My apple ipadpro keyboard stop working 2 days ago.

i cleaned the contractors , made the last update , switched off the iPad, removed the smart keyboard, restarted the iPad Pro, only once the restart has been fully completed I reconnected the apple smart keyboard …and still not working…

Any suggestion ?

What keypad? Are you using an external keyboard? If so, is it an Apple product - or from a third-party manufacturer?
