Здравствуйте. Я оплатила подписку в вк. С карты сняли деньги 2 раза. Я запросила возврат одной из транзакций. Деньги на счёт не поступили и при этом ещё отменилась подписка. Я знаю, что деньги возвращаются в течении 14 дней или более, но повторюсь ЗАПРОСИЛА ВОЗВРАТ ОДНОЙ ТРАНЗАКЦИИ, ЗАЧЕМ ОТМЕНИЛИ ПОДПИСКУ?!!
Hello. I paid for a subscription on VKontakte. The money was withdrawn from the card 2 times. I have requested a refund for one of the transactions. The money was not credited to the account, and the subscription was also canceled. I know that the money is returned within 14 days or more, but, I repeat, I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF ONE TRANSACTION, WHY DID YOU CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION?!!
