Beats studio buds not what it’s crack up too be

I went to the Att store 7/7/2021 and was happy to get my beats. On 7/10/2021 worst connection issues ever. So I call the store and was told . Take them to the apple store I can’t return them .On 7/11/2021 at 2.50 pm . I was told that she have to ship them off and it would take 3- 5 days I would be ship out a new pair lord and behold .I was track them my self they were revived on 7/13/2021 at 9.49 am sign by D earmen I’m still waiting and was told on 7/22/2021 I may have to wait for parts to come in I’m wondering why can’t the send me a new pair or the beats solo headphones.wow I’m about to be waiting a month with no results
