Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds as though you're experiencing issues with call alerts on your iPhone. When you say the phone cuts off quickly, do you mean the ringtone doesn't play in full? Do you notice if this happens once you pick up your iPhone or unlock it? Does it happen with all calls and various ringtones? Do you experience the same issue regardless of if your iPhone was being used when the call came in or it's sitting idle?
Would you mind letting us know if you've updated your iPhone to iOS 14.7? Have you tried any troubleshooting actions, such as restarting your iPhone to see if they help?
