You should be able to access any email service by entering the server and account details in the Mail application.
As to iCloud email, this is standard IMAP and you can access that by entering the account details. However in place of your normal password you will have to enter an app-specific password which you generate.

and a link to information about creating an app-specific password - note that to do this your Apple ID has to be protected by two-factor authentication:

No other iCloud facilities can be used on Snow Leopard.

You need macOS 10.7 Lion for basic iCloud and then later macOS versions for expanded services.

If you can not get Apple Mail to work with your E-Mail accounts.

Then you should be able to access your E-Mail accounts via Safari or another web browser.
