I have DO NOT DISTURB on however when those in my favourites list call the sound is not on?

Make sure that you have checked allow calls from favourites

Yep that’s the setting I have it on and still doesn’t work.
Nope have tried multiple times… and I’ve already updated my software and have restarted the phone 🤷♀️
What happens when one of your "favourites" makes a second call to you within 3 minutes.? Does it ring then ?
