No, you'd need more Parts than just the Logic Board, & though the cases look alike on the G5s & Mac Pros, nothing would fit in the G5's case... sorry.

The iMac has 4-core / 8-16GB RAM and other features.
OWC now offers $169 upgrade kit they do that will add eSATA port.
