Iphone serial number Genius Bar
I am trying to make a Genius Bar appt.. They need my serial number. I go to General, then About and under serial #. I typed it in and they say the number is invalid. I am the sole owner.

Not much anyone here on this user to user only forum can do to help you. You'll have to work with Apple directly on this.
