I can't use App Store on my iPad Air first generation.

Hello,

Since a year ago my App Store stopped fully working and I only see "Cannot Connect to App Store" when I open it. I tried all sorts of things I found online to fix it and as the last thing, I used Factory reset. But even after that nothing happens, still get that message when I try to open App Store.

When I try to login to the App Store through my APPLE ID section in Egenrals, under "iTunes & App Store" it shows OFF now. When I tap on it, it shows my apple id email and when I type in the password, it only shows for a second a login screen, and then nothing happends.

I want to note that I use the App store on many other devices with the same account such as iPhones, iMac, and MacBook without any problems.

My kids mostly use this iPad for games and now after factory reset, I can't even install any games for them.

Hopefully someone will step out and help me fix this if possible.

Thanks a lot.

There is a problem with your WiFi setup.

Either on the iPad, you may need to add/setup your WiFi router name and password again in the Settings App under the WiFi settings panel as you have to setup everything again she you completely wipe an iPad.

AND/OR

You may need to check your WiFi MODEM/router for issues OR for a quick and simple test solution, unplug the MODEM/router from power for 10-15 seconds, or so, and re-plug in the MODEM/router into power and let the MODEM/router re-cycle, itself.

See if this resolves all of your iPad Air issues.

Hello, thanks for your answer.

I have iPad Air 16GB model A1474 running iOS 12.5.4. Regarding storage, I have 11GB free storage because I did a factory reset yesterday to see if that's gone help regarding this issue with App Store, but it didn't solve.

Not sure where else to look at and what to do. I tried all other advice i found online regarding restarts, Date switches...

Thanks.
