No. You cannot install Mac or Windows apps on an iPad Pro.

You can install Microsoft Office apps by using the App Store app on your iPad Pro.

You will need a Microsoft 365 subscription which you can obtain online directly from Microsoft or you can purchase through Apple in the apps (Word, Excel, etc) after you download them from the App Store.

To create or edit documents, sign in with a free Microsoft account on devices with a screen size smaller than 10.1 inches.
