Does one need to turn off bluetooth in order to wire charge airpods pro

Thanks Deggie. I am not sure the answer is correct. The attached shows my iPhone screen at 7:34 am and almost 5 hours later when the AirPods Pro where connected to Apple original adapter with the cable which came with the AirPods about 6 months ago. During this time the Bluetooth on my iPhone was on. At about 2:30 pm I turned the Bluetooth off and the AirPods charged to 100% in less than half an hour. Any idea?
