I did not recognize a charge to my PayPal account. I called to dispute the charges. PayPal did a refund. I didn’t realize it was a yearly subscription to AppLe. I need want to use PayPal for these charges.

It's possible there's an unpaid balance that is preventing you from changing your payment method. We recommend starting with the steps here: If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID
