canT reset iphone se to factory and I don't know my password to my iPhone

Cant reset iPhone se to factory using iTunes and recovery to set factory setting and I have forgotten my passcode to unlock my iPhone so its disabled I already tried to reset with iTunes but nothing I do is working

Did you follow the steps in the article below?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
