My purchase in App Store could not be completed
trying to make a in app purchase for gems on the veve app. and received the message "YOUR PURCHASE COULD NOT BE COMPLETED" FOR ASSISTANCE CONTACT ITUNES SUPPORT AT https://support.apple.comHT203005. my credit card was at first decline and then reinstated. I made some previous purchases earlier and everything was working great. now it won't let me purchase anymore gems. how can I fix this?
