No. You can cancel your subscriptions from a PC with iTunes or a Mac with iTunes or Finder.

Using someone else’s device will require you log them off of there Apple ID and log in with yours which can cause an un fixable merger of data. Do not do that.

You have to log into your Apple ID on their phone to do that.
