I bought $500 iTunes card and it shows on my credit that the money is put, but I do not see the money on my iTunes. My order number was ***

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you purchased a gift card and the money was taken out of the bank, but it is not showing in your Apple ID balance.
Did you redeem the card after purchase? If not, that is a good place to start: Redeem your Apple Gift Card.
