How exactly to export 60FPS video

Hi There, I'm going insane on trying to figure out export 60FPS videos, for some reason it just doesn't work..

here are my settings and info https://imgur.com/a/RgSrUGO

and when I export the file it doesn't show 60FPS probably only 30FPS..

also while editing, FCPX doesn't render 60fps as well.

the result itself 60FPS but the video itself it's NOT 60FPS, I mean when I upload to YouTube, I can select 1080p 60fps, but the video it's not 60fps.. hopefully I make some sense..

some help please.. :(

Your project is 60fps, and you are exporting as 60fps.

The one clip that you are showing in the Inspector is 59.94fps (<rant>why won't fractional frame rates just die</rant>)

Do you have other media in your project that is only 30fps or something else?

Putting a 30fps clip in a 60fps project won't magically make it 60fps. More likely every frame will be played twice, and it will look like... 30fps.
