Cant download apps in appstore

When I search for an app and then I click the button GET to download the app, i have the loading icon and then nothing happen and the download doesn’t start and i have the button GET again

Settings, Screen Time, Content and Privacy Restrictions, iTunes and App Store Purchases, Unstalling Apps, Allow “on”

or turn screen time completely off.
