Wifi and Bluetooth will not turn on

I am unable to turn on Bluetooth and Wifi on my iPhone 12 Pro. When I toggle on Bluetooth, it turns on for about 5 seconds before turning back off. I cannot toggle Wifi on at all. The switch is completely grayed out. I have tried power cycling the device. I have also reset my network settings, but the issue is still persisting. Earlier in the day it was working because I had used my AirPods and Apple Watch with the device. The issue randomly occurred. I am on iOS 14.7. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities! We understand that you're experiencing issues when you're attempting to enable your Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Let's check this out together. You mentioned that you had power cycled your iPhone, did you complete a force restart too? If not, try it now using the steps in Force restart iPhone.

We'd also recommend force quitting your Settings app and trying again from here: Quit and reopen an app on iPhone

However, if the issue persists, you'll want to get in touch with Apple Support next. You may be able to reach them directly from Get Support.

I completed the troubleshooting that you suggested and the issue is persisting. I had already gotten in contact with Apple support before making my original post. The representative did no troubleshooting with me and only recommended that I go to an Apple store.
