lost all credit/debit cards in apple wallet

can I restore my iPhone 11 wallet after logging out of my iCloud account? Even when I logged back in to my iPhone and opened Wallet my store loyalty cards were there by EVERY credit & debit cards are gone.

That’s expected behavior after signing out of iCloud, even if you log back in again. You’ll need to re-add them individually.
