Are you seeing few lines for a signal's strength? If so, what the connection type? Refer to the following.
If Wi-Fi has a week signal, then restart your iPhone.
Manually Restart your iPhone:

Contact your Carrier:
If you are having weak signal, then contact your carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Cellular.
