Sometimes, items become removed from the iTunes library, and that is the only official way for it to never be seen(by you and all customers). It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Music Studio.

You cannot manually delete your purchase history. Apple does that based on the Alogrithm that it has established.

You cannot delete anything from your purchase history, it is part of Apple's accounting system. What you are asking is to unbuy something.
