Ok brought Apple air pods from Walmart on April 24,2021 and their not working, it’s a lot static in one air pod and they other doesn’t work at all; I have my receipt from Walmart and they said that I had to contact Apple

We understand that your AirPods aren't working and we’re happy to help! If you haven’t already done so follow the steps found in the Apple resources below. 


Restart AirPods for use with iPhone


If your AirPods won't connect


If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted


If you're still having problems with your AirPods, then let us know if your iPhone software has been updated to the latest iOS: Update iOS on iPhone and which model of AirPods you have and AirPods firmware version: Identify your AirPods.

It sounds like your AirPods are still not working. We have another Apple Support article that can help: If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support.
