How to write to support

Hello! The situation is as follows. I'm from Ukraine. My task is to register a business account for the possibility of corporate deployment of applications. When registering, I received a letter from Deployment Programs Support at Apple which indicated the phone number for communication in the form: 445930669

Again, I am from Ukraine. It is impossible to get through to this number for the reason that it is not specified in the international format. Nobody answers my reply letter. No help. I called every possible number available, but no help whatsoever! How do I contact the Advisor with Deployment Programs Support at Apple who sent me an email asking me to call?

Unfortunately, this does not work ... The letter states the following: To proceed with this enrollment, we must speak with you by phone. Please call us at 445930669. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 08: 00-17: 00 GMT. I noticed the time zone - GMT is indicated without any +/-. There are two countries in this time zone with code 44. +44 is the UK code. But it is also the code of one of the cities in Ireland. If you take the number indicated in the letter, assume that this is the UK, put + in front of it, you get an incomplete number with missing digits in the form +445930669. If Ireland, then add +353 44 5930669. In the first case, the number was dialed incorrectly. In the second, there is silence and at the end there is always a "call failure". How to get through to them - I don't know ... They don't answer letters

Tried everything. As for the recruitment from Ukraine. If we assume that this is a Ukrainian number, then none of these variants of the code is a solution and the answering machine says either "the number was dialed incorrectly" or "this number is not valid". Dialing formats in Ukraine: 044, +38044 - the number does not work. This is a mockery ... Not a single support service is willing to give me an answer, and at the post for a week, too, there is no answer to my question ...

Or +380 (44) … , as 380 is the country calling code for Ukraine, and 44 is Kyiv. 😉
(Not that it matters for a phone, as spaces and brackets are not in the dial signal.)

I went to a couple of local Ukranian web sites. That's how they write it. From what I understand about Ukrainian phone systems (from minutes of Wikipedia study), the number, as presented by Apple, is a valid number to be dialled in Ukraine. If one were calling from outside Ukraine, you would need the 380 country code.
