Cannot Reset Security Questions

Dear sir. I remember my apple id password, but I entered my security question answers, it shows it is wrong, and another thing, Today someone logging into MacBook pro from my apple id, I haven't Apple Macbook, I want to delete my Apple ID or reset security questions, How I can do it?
