Your app doesn't work, freezes, slows down, overheats, so ask for a refund.

I wanted a refund as I waited almost a year for a fix, which I can't work on right now. It's like I paid for free, so I asked for a refund of 5,900 baht as purchased from the app pro bundle.

As I said, there are no "developers of Final Cut Pro" on this forum.

This is a user to user tech support forum, and does not deal with your transaction issues.

You need to contact Apple directly. You could start by contacting the Apple App Store.
