Account disabled

Whenever I try to upgrade my storage or buy anything from the App Store, I get a pop up that says, “your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes. For assistance, please contact iTunes support.”

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
