i don't have a scrren rotation button
Control center does not appear when I draw down scrren. Just the message board. Looking for the screen rotation lock button

Message board? What is that? Maybe you are referring to Notifications if you are trying to pull down from the top middle of the screen. To access Control Center, you pull down from the upper right corner of the screen.
