I'm having problems with images in Streeteasy.com. I'm using Safari 14.1.2 in macOS Catalina. Images for listings won't load. Please see two attached screenshots. I tried clearing Safari's history, empty cache, remove all website data, reset PRAM/NVRAM, removed and replaced power cable from my iMac. None of these worked. Does anyone know how to fix this? Not having this image issue with any other websites, as far as I know. Thank you.
Click Develop in the menu bar,
make sure "Disable Images" is not selected and click "Empty Caches".

this is like a low level resetting of Safari without affecting passwords and bookmarks.

We recently upgraded StreetEasy photo format from PNG to WebP.
This upgrade should make photos faster, richer, and better. However, being a very new image format, certain browsers are unable to render them.
On Mac, the operating system needs to be updated to macOS Big Sur 11 or later and Safari version 14+.
On your iPhone, Safari needs to be version 14.4 or later.
Otherwise, we recommend using Chrome as your browser and it should show correctly.

Just spoke with Apple. My laptop is only three years old, but Apple tell me that I'm not able to upload both of these. Really sorry you made these changes: apparently I'm not the only one unable to now fully access your site...
I am having the same problem. Running MacOS Catalina 0.15.7 and Safari 14.1.2.
There is no problem loading images from StreetEasy with Chrome. But some reason Safari stopped in last two months. ???
I just found out from the site's tech support that the problem is known. Their developers are working on resolving it. Thank you for the suggestions.
I'm having same issue. It seems like a Safari issue as if I launch Chrome on same MacBook, listing display property.

Having the same issue. Tried all of these steps several times. Did not work.
not helpful, Streeteasy. there are good reason why I have not updated to Big Sur. there is other software in the world besides yours. guess I'll have to rely on your competitors instead.
Have the same problem with Streeteasy's images, and will try a workaround that doesn't involve updating Safari. Otherwise, will try finding the site's information elsewhere.
This impacts emails from Streeteasy as well, not just the website
