The contents of the included discs (they're DVDs, not CDs) are installed on your machine at the factory. The discs are supplied in case you ever need to reinstall, and so you can start up from one of them to make hard disk directory repairs or run hardware tests.

Where did you purchase the Mac? AppleCare is a separate policy that extends your warranty an additional two years. Look at your receipt and see if you purchased it. Your Mac out of the box is ready to go, nothing to install from those disks.

The AppleCare disc is not included in the box with a new MBP; it's purchased separately. You can install the TechTool Deluxe software from that disc onto your hard drive if you wish, but it isn't necessary to do so.

Apple Hardware Test can't be run from the internal hard drive, so there's no point in installing it there. I doubt that doing so is even possible.

Not unless you paid an extra $300 or more for it, it doesn't. It's a separate product: an optional two-year extension of the standard one-year warranty coverage on your computer. It comes in its own small box.
