my iPhone won’t let me send photos to someone that doesn’t have a iPhone, how do I fix this?

That involves MMS, which is a cellular carrier feature, so make sure you have MMS service.

Check that the MMS setting is set to ON on your iPhone. Open Settings ➔ Messages ➔ MMS Messaging : Ensure that this is set to ON.

If the above does not work then contact your Cellular service provider and ensure that your account settings at their end are set correctly or may need a reset.
