Hello, please is this stuff normal? I thought it’ll go away even after updating to ios14.7. What could be wrong?

If the phone is two years old or more the battery will need replacing. I would not believe the 100% unless you already had a battery fitted by a non-Apple repair shop which would explain both phenomena.
