Update doesn’t fix Apple music

I updated now I can’t play the music offline at all

Thank you for contacting us regarding Apple Music . You have come to the right place and we are happy to assist you.  If we understand correctly, Apple Music is only playing for 15 seconds and then stops and your unable to play music offline.  We can understand why you’d reach out for a solution. To start, make sure you have the most current Operating System on your device (Settings > General > Software Update > should be 14.7)

  • Restart the iOS device
  • Remove and re-download the affected content
  • Disable and re-enable Settings > Music > [Sync Library]

• Please note, larger libraries may take several minutes to sync, especially on slower network connections

  • Sign out and back into Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases

After trying the above troubleshooting steps, let us know if it resolves your issue, or we need to further assist.
