How to update safari on mojave to latest version without update all system

Hello. How to update Safari on macOS Mojave to the latest version without updating all system to macOS Big Sur.

Only Safari, nothing more.

This normally can not be done. There have on occasion been some individual security updates, but you will have to update or upgrade your OS to get a newer version of Safari. If that is not acceptable;e to you, I suggest you try using another browser such as Thunderbird or Chrome which can be individually updated.
