Hi. Have tried to use the England flag emoji four times on my iPhone. When I tap it it is fine, but today when I press send, it shows a solid black flag only. It used to work fine. Other flags work, why is the England flag blacked out?
I am unable to recreate your issue. Maybe restart your device?
