Hi, I am trying to install a app on my MacBook Pro, but the app will not install because it says I need version 10.15 or greater. I am currently running version 10.12.6. I've tried to update my Mac but there is no where to update the Mac.

Upgrade: A major new version, often with new system requirements. Each macOS upgrade has a unique name, such as macOS Big Sur.

 Learn more about installing the latest macOS upgrade

Some old versions of macOS are also available.
