The only way to know the date of purchase is to find your purchase receipt. It will have the purchase date.
It cannot be found anywhere else.
If you need to verify the Warranty period expiration you can enter the serial number at: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
If it has not ended, it will tell you when it's due to end, and you can calculate the purchase date by subtracting a Year from the date.
Otherwise, there is no way to find the purchase date, nor any need for it specifically.
