Have you tried doing a Force Restart on your iPhone?

How can I get my pictures from iPhone that is unresponsive My phone is glitching, and won’t turn on....I didn’t have storage the last time I was supposed to back up my phone, so it’s not backed up....so I’m wondering if there’s any way for me to still get my pics and stuff from my phone if it doesn’t turn on.

If the screen does not work, you can't do anything. It is probably time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options.
